One possibility is that you are not using the correct username and password. Passwords are case sensitive so please ensure your caps lock key is switched off. For a reminder of your login details, try our lost password facility.
Javascript is a language which lets websites do more complex stuff like make images change when you hover over them, popup alerts warning you about something etc. Javascript is widely used across all websites and is therefore a good idea to have this switched on.

It's completely safe to enable cookies for our website (if you are extra careful, you can simply enable cookies just for http://www.ramenterprise.co.uk but not other websites). In fact, the default web browser settings for both Microsoft Internet Explorer & Mozilla FireFox should work absolutely fine with our website.
